As Yoga Alliance registered yoga instructors they offer to share these discoveries with individuals and couple who wish to use one of the most ancient practices, yoga, to develop and strengthen their relationship.

Are you apprehensive about attending a yoga class? A lot of men worry that yoga is not appropriate for them, maybe you think you aren't flexible, or are concerned about joining a class that is often primarily female. The fact is that yoga is an amazing thing for both men and women. Men have a lot to gain from yoga; strength, stamina, flexibility, improved mental and physical performance, and better health and happiness. This workshop is for men and is led by a male instructor. You will be introduced to yoga, learn how to make it suitable for your body, how to make it a positive experience, and hopefully help overcome any hesitation you have to starting your own yoga practice. So if you're curious and want to know what you can expect in a yoga class, this workshop is just for you. Show up in loose fitting clothes as if you were going to the gym or a jog.
