Christopher

Christopher has been practicing yoga since 2014. He completed his RYT200 training under Jenn Holm and Carolyn Gross at Yoga 4 You in Savage, MN. In his personal practice he enjoys Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hot yoga. He is a practicing vegan and meditator.

He teaches the following but is open to help with any:

  • Vinyasa
  • Yoga for kayakers
  • Alignment focused workshops
  • Meditation
