I started my serious yoga practice through joining my husband, Christopher, in his passion for yoga.  I completed my RYT200 hour training under Jenn Holm and Carolyn Gross at Yoga 4 You in Savage, MN.  In my personal practice, I enjoy Flowing Strength classes.  I have come to appreciate and enjoy a variety of other practices including “sleepy time yoga”, hot yoga, relaxation/meditation and alignment focused practices.   Through teacher training and various yoga retreats, I have been exposed to a variety of different aspects of yoga, which I finds interesting and I weave them into my teaching style. I guide practices at kayaking events, lead vinyasa practices and am creating a couples workshop course.
