Jacquelyn

Jacquelyn started her serious yoga practice through joining her husband, Christopher, in his passion for yoga.  She completed her RYT200 hour training under Jenn Holm and Carolyn Gross at Yoga 4 You in Savage, MN.  In her personal practice, she enjoys Flowing Strength classes.  She has come to appreciate and enjoy a variety of other practices including “sleepy time yoga”, hot yoga, relaxation/meditation and alignment focused practices.   Through teacher training and various yoga retreats, Jacquelyn has been exposed to a variety of different aspects of yoga, which she finds interesting and is weaving into her teaching style.   She guides practices at kayaking events, leads vinyasa practices and is creating a couples workshop course.
